Information we collect
Contact details you submit through our assessment or careers forms, the care details you share with a coordinator, and the daily care notes our caregivers record for active clients.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver care, match a caregiver, keep your family informed through the portal, and meet insurance or licensing documentation requirements. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
HIPAA notice
Care logs may contain health information. Access is limited to the assigned caregiver, our coordinators, and the family members you authorize. Staff are trained on confidentiality, records are access-controlled, and we log health details only to the extent needed to deliver safe care.
Who can see care logs
You choose which family members receive portal access, and you can revoke access at any time by calling a coordinator. We do not share logs with third parties without your written authorization, except where required by law.
Retention & your rights
You may request a copy of your records, ask us to correct an error, or request deletion of information we are not legally required to retain. Contact us to make a request.
AI help desk
Our website assistant answers general questions about services and pricing. Please do not enter medical details, Social Security numbers or payment information into the chat — call a coordinator instead.
